Who Can Enter

• Entry is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
• Only one active registration per person is permitted, giving one entry into each eligible monthly draw.
• Employees, close family members and anyone directly involved in administering the draw may not enter.
• Entrants must be able to travel to the agreed shooting ground in the Cambridge or Cambridgeshire area.

How to Enter and How Long Your Entry Lasts

• Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
• Entrants must complete the official entry form on the Guns & Clays website.
• A valid name and email address must be provided.
• One registration enters you into five consecutive monthly draws, starting with the first draw for which your registration meets the closing deadline.
• After your fifth monthly draw, your registration expires. You must complete the entry form again to enter a further five monthly draws.
• Registering again while your entry is still active does not give you additional entries or extend your current five-draw period.
• Incomplete, duplicate, fraudulent or automatically generated entries may be removed.
• Entries submitted through any method other than the official online form will not be included.

Monthly Closing Date and Draw Date

Entries for each monthly draw close at 11:59pm on the 27th of that month. All times are UK local time.

The random draw takes place on the 28th of each month.

Registrations received after the closing deadline will start with the following month's draw and will cover five consecutive monthly draws from that point. Existing registrations remain included while their five-draw period is active.

The Prize

• One winner each month will receive one professionally guided 30-clay shooting experience for one person.
• The prize includes the use of a suitable shotgun, cartridges, clay targets, safety equipment and professional instruction.
• The experience will take place at an agreed shooting ground in the Cambridge or Cambridgeshire area.
• Travel, accommodation, food and other personal expenses are not included.
• The prize has no cash alternative and may not be exchanged, transferred or resold.
• Booking is subject to availability, weather, ground conditions and the safety requirements of the shooting ground.

Selecting the Winner

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible, active entries on the 28th of each month. Each eligible person has one entry in that month's draw.

The selection process will be recorded so that Guns & Clays can demonstrate that the winner was chosen fairly and at random.

Contacting the Winner

• The winner will be contacted using the email address supplied with their entry.
• The winner must respond within seven days.
• If the winner does not respond within seven days, is not eligible or cannot accept the prize, another eligible entry may be selected at random.
• Entrants are responsible for providing a working email address and checking their spam or junk folder.

Safety and Participation

The winner must follow all instructions and safety rules given by Guns & Clays, the instructor and the shooting ground.

Participation may be refused or stopped if an instructor reasonably believes that continuing would be unsafe. Anyone attending under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to participate.

Suitable outdoor clothing and footwear must be worn.

Personal Information

Personal information supplied with an entry will be used to administer the monthly draws, track the five-draw registration period, verify eligibility and contact winners.

Agreeing to receive marketing emails is optional and is not a condition of entering or winning.

Publicity and Winner Information

Guns & Clays may announce that a winner has been selected. The winner will not be required to take part in promotional photographs or publicity without their agreement.

Facebook and Instagram

This prize draw is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Meta.

Entrants provide their information to Guns & Clays and not to Facebook, Instagram or Meta.

General Conditions

• Guns & Clays may verify an entrant's eligibility before awarding the prize.
• Guns & Clays may amend, suspend or cancel the draw if circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
• Guns & Clays is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or not received because of a technical problem outside its reasonable control.
• The promoter's decision regarding the administration of the draw is final.
• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
